Step 2
The Reservation Agent will pull up the competitor’s website at time of booking to confirm the pricing for the same trip.
Step 3
Once confirmed, we will match the price and take an additional $25 off!

The rate found on another website must meet the same conditions as the net rate shown on www.sunscaperesorts.com:
For example, but not limited to:
- Same hotel
- Same room category and accommodation type
- Same duration and dates of stay
- Same conditions with regards to purchasing, cancellation, payment, booking modifications, etc.
- Same flights and class of service
- Same number of guests
- Same inclusions
- For package bookings, must include airport transfers
- Same currency
- The lower rate must be published online and must be available to the public.
- If a lower price is found on our site, it is already being price matched with a discount so no other discount will apply.
- Not valid on contracted group bookings or weddings
- All matches are subject to availability
- Sunscape Resorts & Spas reserves the right to refuse any requests that it considers fraudulent or altered in any way, or any requests that it suspects may be unusual or ill-intentioned, without prejudice to the exercise of any corresponding legal actions against the claimant.

- Deal of the Day room categories
- Matches to our own Direct website
- Non-transparent websites that do not provide exact information about the rooms available, the specific hotel or the hotel destination, etc., until having completed the reservation.
- Rates reserved at Sunscape Resorts & Spas that do not permit any changes, modifications or cancellations.
- Reservations made through travel sites with discounts/promotional codes.
- Rates that are not published, such as corporate rates, group rates, business meeting or conference rates, etc., which include discounts.
- Rates that are not published online, such as those offered by conventional travel agencies.
- Rates with prepayment vouchers.
- Prices resulting from applying promotional codes and special discounts from the AMR Loyalty program are excluded from this offer.
